**The Work You’ll Do**:
Our services technology team is at the heart of ensuring that our Consulting and Compliance Services business uses technology solutions wherever possible to reduce risk, improve efficiency and ensure an excellent client experience.

The Services Technology Associate is responsible for working with compliance services team to ensure that client data is effectively obtained, interpreted and imported into Sovos' suite of compliance products.
- What are my responsibilities going to be, more specifically?_
- Liaise with professional services and/or compliance teams where needed to complete client implementation projects
- Review client data in line with our service delivery
- Support and train the compliance teams on using the SOVOS products
- Onboard clients onto Alteryx and into our service delivery process
- Develop knowledge of VAT & IPT principles and relevant legislation to enable conversations with clients & internally
- Ensure support tickets are raised to the correct team when required.
- Create threshold & retro calculations
- Client conversations regarding the data delivery for our compliance teams

**What We Need From You**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work related experience preferred
- Experience in a client service related role is preferred
- Excellent time management, decision making, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team and cross-functionally
- Detail oriented and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
