**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Management or Economics
- Previous experience in accounting (valued)
- Knowledge of Primavera ERP (valued)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel (valued)
- Proficiency in English (valued)
- Strong sense of responsibility and organization
- Ability to work in a team
- Proactive and resilient profile
- Attendance and punctuality
- Eligible for IEFP internship (valued)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Organization and accounting registration of documents in accordance with current regulations
- Analysis of customer and supplier current accounts, including direct contact with external entities
- Management and accounting of personnel expenses
- Preparation of bank reconciliations and cash sheets
- Management and issuance of billing and receipts (invoices and receipts)
- Support in preparing documentation for monthly and/or annual account closing
- Provide administrative support in the finance department
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the finance department
