**Hiire is helping Semapa Holding, a leading Portuguese industrial group, to hire a Head of IT to join their leadership team.**

**About Semapa**:

**The role**:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced **Head of IT** to lead the company’s technology infrastructure, drive digital transformation initiatives, and coordinate critical projects and vendors. This leadership role is essential for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of Semapa’s IT environment across on-premises and cloud platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud) ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Coordinate strategic vendors and manage technology service contracts.
- Lead internal IT projects from conception to implementation and results monitoring.
- Ensure information security and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Support group companies in transversal technology initiatives.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, promoting efficiency aligned with strategic goals.

**Your Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in IT management.
- Strong technical background in networks, cloud, and security.
- Proven leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
