**Your new company**
Portuguese group present in 12 countries, in the Telecommunications sector, is looking for a Talent Acquisition partner to help expand its team.

**Your new role**:

- Management of the Recruitment and Selection process - mainly for the German and Angolan market;
- Design and publication of job advertisements
- Interviews;
- Ensure the connection with the main sources of recruitment, schools and universities, participating in job fairs and promoting the notoriety of the company with them;
- Onboarding - Ensure the integration process of new employees.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Higher Education in Human Resources Management or similar;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills
- Orientation towards new market trends and methodologies for talent acquisition;
- Fluency in English.
