Indie Campers operates across the US in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Orlando, and Miami, and in Europe in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, England, Scotland, Switzerland, Iceland, Sweden, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Croatia, Norway, and has pick-up centres in more than 50 cities.

**THE RULE**

As the **Head of Field Operations** for all of our **European countries**, in our Operations department, your role will require a problem-solving approach and strategic thinking will play a critical role for the achievement of excellent results from a customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and vehicle management perspectives. You will be the overall responsible for Key Performance Indicators within these three categories.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role gives you a fantastic exposure to Indie Campers physical operations across all our european locations, together with working along people from different countries and nationalities.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Lead and supervise the operational structure and field teams from your area of intervention. Establish conditions for the performance of operational activities with high quality and efficiency, supporting the Managers in their planning and ensuring group KPIs are achieved, as well as effective implementation of the company's operational policies;
- Monitor results daily and follow-up on action plans for continuous improvement;
- Ensure Area Managers are aligned with the overall business tactics and priorities;
- Improve operational systems, processes and best practices in order to maximize visibility, consistency and effectiveness of field activities across all branches;
- Identify, negotiate and manage the relationship with international suppliers;
- Overall responsible for the financial performance of the operational depots;
- Lead, coordinate and deliver ahead of deadline operational expansion;
- Ensure resources are always adjusted to activity levels, constantly forecasting the demand needs and optimizing local cost structures.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Degree in Business Management, Engineering or similar;
- Proven experience in strategically managing operational teams (5+ years), in retail or travel business;
- Exposed to fast paced expansion and/or internationalization;
- Fanatic about translating strategy into roadmaps, involve teams, monitor progression and deliver results;
- Capacity to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization;
- Thrives under pressure;
- Organized, analytical and results-oriented;
- Fluent in English (fluency in additional languages, is a valued plus)
