Estamos a recrutar um **Customer Facing Team Leader **(M/F) para empresa internacional localizada em Linda-a-Velha.
**Função**:
- Definir expectativas claras sobre o nível de desempenho necessário para oferecer uma excelente experiência ao cliente e capacitar os membros da equipa de forma a alcançar os objetivos;
- Monitorar e analisar o desempenho, utilizando métricas de qualidade e eficiência;
- Identificar lacunas de desempenho e implementar planos de ação;
- Encontrar maneiras de melhorar a forma como os membros da equipa trabalham juntos;
- Realizar avaliações e planos de desenvolvimento de acordo com o processo de PDP
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência em âmbito digital e/ou customer facing (2/3 anos)
- Experiência em gestão de pessoas e coaching/training (mandatório)
- Fluente em Português e Inglês
- Boa capacidade relacional e de comunicação
- Domínio Microsoft Office, na ótica do utilizador (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...)
