As a Cook, you'll have the opportunity to bring delicious and authentic dishes to life that evoke the taste of the French terroir. Your role will be essential to ensure that each plate is a true feast for our customers, and your positive energy will help create a warm and friendly atmosphere in the kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:
Creating culinary delights:

- Prepare with love and expertise the traditional recipes of our cuisine, according to recipes and established standards.
- Follow the instructions of the Kitchen Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare the ingredients and garnishes needed for the following services.
- Respect food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment.
- Participate in dishwashing by washing dishes, kitchenware, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and arranging products in appropriate storage areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and consistent service.
- Assist with inventory management by reporting supply needs and monitoring stock levels.

Be a caring member of Léon:

- Ensure that kitchen facilities and equipment are maintained in good working order.
- Participate in cleaning and maintaining workspaces for employees, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
- Ensure regular maintenance of guest areas, ensuring they are clean, well maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Make sure your working place is a joyful and friendly place.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for traditional cuisine and a desire to share this passion with our customers.
- Previous experience in cooking or professional training in the culinary field.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all stages of dish preparation.
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and ability to follow recipes.
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards and ability to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English to facilitate communication with the team and clients, if necessary. Fluency in French would be a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
