In order to realize our ambitions and support our global growth objectives, we are looking for an energetic and talented **Sales Associate** to join our growing sales team working with our European Regions (Germany, Southern Europe, Northern Europe and the UK).
Working closely with the Global Sales team, your role will involve **proactively contacting curious, motivated prospective students** to educate them on the relevant information about our bootcamps and short-courses, as to understand and inform the best next steps on their life and career journey.
**Your Responsibilities**:
Proactively contact our leads to qualify and convert them into applicants.
**Outbound Sales**:
- ** Contact leads coming through our CRM** from various acquisition channels (events, workshops, syllabus downloads, etc.) with the goal to counsel them and understand potential sales blockers to apply;
**Inbound Sales**:
- **Manage and execute sales meetings booked**, answering the lead’s questions and proactively digging into possible sales blockers;
- **Implement nurturing strategies** to follow-up through targeted content and campaigns on past inbound sales inquiries;
- **Create reactivation campaigns** to qualify past dormant inbound leads;
Support the definition of our **Global Sales Strategy**:
- **Track your results and report on your performance**, taking a critical stance on strategies and practices that work and that didn’t;
- **Document processes and your best practices**, for other teammates to follow and adapt;
- **Work with global leads** to identify pipeline bottlenecks, and key lead blockers and conjointly define improvement plans and sales tactics to implement on a quarter-by-quarter basis;
- **Support** **the** **organization of global sales-related events** including open evenings, info sessions, and webinars;
- **Work closely with other Le Wagon teams** to curate monthly action plans for content creation and new ideas to fuel sales
**About you**:
- You are **based in Lisbon**:
- You have 1 year + of experience in a **sales, business development** role, recruitment or another valued customer-facing role. Tech related experience is a plus.
- You are a **clear and confident communicator**, with exceptional written and verbal English language skills.
- You are **highly structured, organized** and **enjoy working** **to provide practical solutions**:
- You enjoy **working autonomously** and are confident learning by yourself
- You are **entrepreneurial, highly collaborative**, and **love helping others** reach their objectives
