**Summary**

For our Nestlé Business Services Lisbon Center, we are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist. Reporting to Import/Export Management Lead, this professional will be responsible to execute all the operational processes in a timely manner to ensure the continuity of supply of goods with accuracy and correct delivery.

Order Management

Order management, validation, progress, delivery

Catalogue management Freight & customs documents

Transportation

Delivery claims

Tracking of arrival

Payment traffic

Blockages

Resolve capacity conflicts

**What will make you successful**

High school education

**Business Experience**:
Experience with Excel

Experience in combining and analyzing data and summarizing business facts

Self-prioritization of activities, balancing short term and long term

SAP and Excel knowledge is a plus

French, German, Greek, Dutch, or any Nordics Languages is a plus
