CASH PAYMENTS PROCESSING OFFICER FOR BDDF PROCESSING INTERNATIONAL - BNPP BRANCH (JOB NUMBER: 2112CBO9216) **About the Job** - Handle all tasks engaged in processing incoming & outgoing payments to ensure operational delivery - Participate to improve the quality of service delivered by the GBO to the affiliated Sites - Participate to mitigate the operational risk - Reports functionally to the Coordinator and Processing Team Leader - Reports hierarchically to the Processing Team Leader **Your main responsibilities are** - Process payments under its responsibility according to management guidelines & procedures in order to ensure operational delivery: - Handle payments stopped for banking & technical reasons; - Ask authorization to process a payment stopped for banking reasons (lack of funds, status of account, ) or for incorrect / incomplete instructions (paper based or electronic) to the Client Management of the concerned affiliated site. - Chase up for reply from the Client Management of the concerned affiliated site. - Mitigate the operational risk to improve GBO efficiency: - Detect and correct errors (first level of control) - Raise technical issues immediately to the hierarchy - Ensure and control the correct activity during the day in order to guarantee the GBO operational delivery - Validate if all Payment Instructions are executed in order to guarantee the GBO operational delivery - Contribute to GBO image and efficiency by fulfilling his (hers) responsibilities well and on time: - Client Satisfaction consolidation - GBO positive image from Stakeholders (internal and external) - Improve Clients profitability - Increase versatility by developing skills on various products and sites to improve the quality of service **Profile and Skills to Success** - Good communication: ability to report issues, to provide help and to suggest improvements - Ability to identify priorities and act in client’s best interest - Process oriented and high level of integrity - Good knowledge of CBO procedures and methods - Good knowledge of operational risks areas **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - ** Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
