We're hiring **German-speaking Gaming Support Specialists** in Lisbon for one of the world’s most exciting gaming platforms. Whether you're a recent grad or looking for your next adventure, this role is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fun, fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll do**:

- Troubleshoot account and gameplay issues
- Help players get the most out of the platform
- Use internal tools to track and manage cases
- Become a product expert through paid training

**What you’ll need**:

- Native-level German
- English at C2 level
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence/work permit
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn
- Bonus: Experience in customer support or gaming
