We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a **SEO Team Leader** **(M/F) **for their office located in **Linda-a-Velha.**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Act as the go-to person for any Search related topics;
- Review and analyze the company´s websites for areas that can be improved and optimized;
- Measure resultsof the strategy implementation with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and BrightEdge;
- Monitoring and reporting performance of traffic, rankings, conversions and other trends;
- Keep other teammembers up-to-date with SEO best practices and guidelines;
- Work on specific large scale SEO projects;
- Develop documentation;
- Ad-hoc tasks (e.G. testing new functionalities);
- Collaborate with and support other projects and/or teams;
- Review content plans with key stakeholders to align strategy with other markets;
- Manage a team (responsible for planning, organizing resources, leading or influencing team members, controlling processes so that goals can be achieved);
decision-making experience;
- Mentor and support Search Specialists.

**Ideal Profile**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in in English, Digital Media, International Relations, Business administration, or any other related field;
- **Proficiency in English (spoken and written);**
- 1-2 years experience in managing a team;
- Proven work experience with SEO or similar role;
familiarity with SEO and keyword research;
- Hands-on experience with website measurement tools (e.G. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SessionCam etc);
- Working with high-volume, complex tasks with great attention to detail;
- Ability to collaborate effectively and independently across functions/ teams and projects;
- Ability to makedecisions.
