- Creating material master data in ERP systems
- Product Data Quality measurement, fault correction & DataQ platform maintenance
- Support internal stakeholders in ordering /offering process on master data issues
- Creation/Updation of Internal customer on sales/purchasing organization
- Allocate item information to relevant SAP plants (factories & sales organizations)
- Maintaining the material master data to high quality level
- Solving material master data problem
- Participating in projects related to master data area
- Guiding and supporting team members to solve problems
**Main Responsibility Area**:
- Code Opening support (Supply and HWS in SAP P20 and BPP)
- Tool maintenance (DDP Tool, UFT, YMATMASS, DataQ)
- Ordering process support, New product code creation, create tickets in ticketing tool (JIRA, MD ticketing, SNOW if needed)
- Support internal stakeholders in ordering /offering process on master data issues, DataQ fault monitoring & correction.
- Troubleshooting (for all kinds of failure related to material master data
- Project Support - Automation and process improvement (concepting, design, testing)
- Knowhow transfer (MoO, user guides, MM Rule, internal and external training
- Process improvement and optimization /Standardization.
- SAP authorization tasks
- SOX, Internal Auditing
**Additional Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Electrical/Mechatronics.
- Degree in the field of electrical/electronic design, communications, or computer engineering
- Knowledge & Ability to use SAP P20 & BPP and PDM (Enovia, ALPIM) system.
- Understanding of PDM interfaces and data transfer among different systems.
- Knowledge of fNokia/fALU product structures, portfolios and master data management with relevant transactional codes
- Understanding of Legal and Foreign trade related material master issues (ECC), classification of goods
- Understanding of Material life cycle concept and related process ,tax and customs requirement Understanding of Engineering Change Process, Product Structure Management, and Production Management.
- Experience & Ability in Project environment working, and in processes with tools and methods
- Communication skills, teamwork and flexibility to work in shifts
- Exposure to SAP and its Transactional codes are added advantage
- Knowledge of Product master data will be an added advantage
- Effective networking capabilities and comfortable in multicultural environment and working in virtual teams
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- Ability to learn and effectively communicate across organizations
