**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Strategy and Planning**: Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies tailored to clients’ business goals, target audience, and market conditions.
- **Account Management**: Manage multiple Google Ads accounts, ensuring campaigns are set up, executed, and optimized effectively.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords to maximize campaign performance.
- **Ad Creation**: Craft compelling ad copy and design engaging display ads that drive clicks and conversions.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend and ROI.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
- **Optimization**: Continuously optimize campaigns for performance improvements, including bid adjustments, A/B testing, and refining targeting parameters.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SEO specialists, content creators, and account managers, to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within an agency setting.
- **Certifications**: Google Ads certification is required; additional certifications in Google Analytics or related fields are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Deep knowledge of Google Ads platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, given our diverse client base.
