HR Reporting and Power BI Specialist

Create HR reports in a self-organized way;
- Focus is standard data reporting out of adhoc query, HR Global, COMPAS, including postprocessing in Excel ;
- Develop advanced dashboards and visualizations in Power BI;
- Experience in data analysis and manipulation of large datasets;
- Support in identifying reports that are standard and periodical as use cases for automation;
- Train and educate stakeholders and teams on the methods and value of reporting, data services and dashboards;
- Previous background/working experience in HR analytics is valued;

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics or related fields;
- Professional experience design and developing reports, dashboards and visualizations in data tools (ex: Power BI);
- Experience in data analysis and manipulation of large datasets;
- Experience with SQL Server databases (preferred);
- Knowledge of SAP HCM/HR and/or SuccessFactors;
- English proficiency (C1), German (B2) is a plus;
- Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people and projects at all levels in an organization.
