Pour répondre à sa forte croissance, Les 3 As recrute un(e) chargée(e) de marketing digital & communication.

Dynamique et proactif(ve), tu fais preuve de créativité ainsi que de réelles qualités d’adaptation et de rigueur.

Au quotidien, tu travailleras au sein d’une petite équipe composée d'un chef de projets et de freelances, et tu participeras notamment à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de la politique marketing/communication définie par la direction générale en lien direct avec le service.

Véritable couteau suisse du SMO, tu possèdes également une culture SEO et inbound marketing ainsi que de solides qualités rédactionnelles (copywriting). Le large spectre des missions qui te seront confiées te permettra de mettre à profit l’ensemble de tes capacités et d’en exploiter le plein potentiel, ce, au sein d'une équipe jeune et dynamique et d’une entreprise en perpétuel mouvement.

Au quotidien, tes journées seront rythmées par différentes missions:

- La création et mise à jour de contenus digitaux (pages web, articles web, publications sur les réseaux sociaux ),
- La conception / rédaction et le routage de campagnes de newsletters clients,
- L’amélioration des sites existants, tant graphique qu’en SEO/GEO,
- Et toutes autres missions Communication/Marketing susceptibles d’entrer dans le giron du service

Nos attentes au regard de tes Hard & Soft skills ?

Un plus si tu es diplômé(e) d’une formation en marketing digital/communication digitale, avec plus de 2 années d’expérience à un poste similaire.

Tu es à l’aise avec le pack Office et la Suite Adobe (ou équivalent), et très portée sur l’acquisition et la satisfaction client.
- De qualité, ton rédactionnel jouit d’une orthographe française parfaite,
- Ta connaissance du search et du fonctionnement des moteurs de recherche est avérée,
- L’inbound marketing et le SEO font partie de ton ADN et tu en uses avec habilité et justesse pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.

Tes traits de personnalité : tu es dynamique, souriant(e), proactif(ve), curieux(se), empathique, autonome et ouvert(e) d’esprit...
