**As a Shipping Assistant, what are you going to do?**
- Planning the logistics interface with Requirements of Project Deliverables;
- Sales order execution and preparation of all transport documentation (for national and international transport);
- Request for quotations and award of transport services Billing Controls of Logistics;
- Outsourcing and Transport operations. Basic notions of Customs, International Trade;
- Letter of Credits and international Standards of Transport Operations;
- Execution of the expedition map (daily and weekly);
- Ensure compliance with safety standards established for the area.

**What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- Incoterms knowledge
- Knowledge of all the documentations to be sent
- Industry flows knowledge
- Experience in an Expedition department
- Forklift driving license (mandatory)
- Proficiency in English
