As Office Manager in our Porto office you’ll manage day-to-day office operations, support internal events, handle travel and logistics, and make sure the team has everything they need - from snacks to event support. You’ll also help maintain a positive and engaging workplace culture as we continue to scale globally.
**What will you be doing?**
- Act as the main point of contact for building management, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, maintaining high standards in presentation and operations.
- Support onboarding for new joiners — from setting up equipment to creating a welcoming experience.
- Coordinate internal and external events, such as People initiatives, leadership meetings, and marketing activities.
- Manage travel arrangements, documentation, and office supplies.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, acting as a First Aider and supporting regular checks.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and cover for the Executive Assistant when needed.
**What You’ll bring**
- Experience or strong interest in office, facilities, or administrative management.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to solve problems before they become problems.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Awareness of health and safety practices.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of helping others succeed.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment.
This role is based in our Porto Office in Portugal.
