skeeled is a tech company that has been helping businesses simplify and digitalise their recruitment processes since 2014. Thanks to our ATS, we enable our clients to work more efficiently and focus on what truly matters: hiring the best talent.

In addition to our tool, we offer a **Recruitment as a Service (RaaS)** solution that combines our technology and expertise to support our clients in finding the right profiles for their needs.

We are now looking for our **new Recruitment Consultant** to support our recruitment department and contribute to its success

**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)**
- Manage client relationships and identify their recruitment needs.
- Write and publish job advertisements for our clients.
- Source talent on various platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Provide regular updates to clients to ensure their satisfaction.

**Business Development (30%)**
- Conduct business development to identify and build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Negotiate, prepare and send tailored business proposals to clients.
- Help expand the client portfolio and strengthen existing relationships.

**Must-have requirements**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, business developer, or similar customer-facing role.
- Professional proficiency in French, English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Proven experience working in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Continuous learning mindset.

**Nice-to-have requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Fluency in another language is a plus.

**The team**:
You will be the first Portugal-based member of the_ Recruitment as a Service (RaaS)_ team of 3 people. Reporting directly into the Recruitment Services Manager, you will collaborate with the team in Luxembourg on a daily basis.

- Self-recorded video interview answering two questions. (5 minutes)
- Video Interview with Zach, our Recruitment Services Manager (1 hour)
- An online potential and behavioural assessment (30 minutes)
- Video interview with Mike, our CEO and Co-Founder (30 minutes)
- Video interview to meet the team (1 hour)
