**IT Operation Analyst (W/M)**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring of the infrastructure by an operations management alarm system and with the ticketing system ServiceNow using ITIL best practices;
- JCL manipulation regarding requests and exceptional instructions;
- Relaunch and submission of jobs treatment;
- Job errors and incident analysis and treatment;
- Analysis and dependencies management and analysis of logs.

**Main Technical Requirements**:

- Technical degree in IT
- Basic notions of Networking
- Experience in level 1 Support / Helpdesk functions
- BMC Control M Basics
- TWS for ZOS
- Basic knowledge on ITSM tools
- Intermediate in English (minimum B1: Speaking, Writing and Listening)
- Intermediate in French (minimum B1: Speaking, Writing and Listening)
- Shift work schedule: 8h until 16h; 16h until 24h; 24h until 8h.
