The Content Writer will craft product content and support materials tailored to the Portuguese market. They will work cross-functionally with analysts, product managers, legal experts, and localization teams to deliver legally accurate, well-structured, and accessible information that helps users succeed with Sage Active.

This is a hybrid role - three days per week in our Porto office.

**Key Responsibilities**

In this role you'll:

- Produce high-quality user documentation, UI text, release notes, and help articles in Portuguese
- Ensure all content is aligned with local regulations and uses correct legal terminology
- Collaborate with analysts and product teams to understand features and compliance needs
- Review translated materials to ensure clarity and correctness
- Support onboarding and training content for the Portuguese release
- Advocate for the voice of the customer through clear, concise, and helpful communication

Essential experience:

- Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English
- Experience writing for SaaS or ERP products
- Strong understanding of fiscal, legal, and accounting terminology
- Excellent communication, editing, and storytelling skills

Desirable experience:

- Experience in accounting, tax, or legal software
- Familiarity with Sage product portfolio
- Experience with content management tools
