Trainer (Vdl)

To help a world-known short-video platform reduce low-quality content. Based on the current situation, the client anticipates the training data from this project will help to differentiate various types of ambiguous content, ultimately enhancing the user experience.

We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented **Trainer**to join our team.

**Key Requirements**
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops.
- Ability to adapt training to different learning styles.
- Knowledge of AI, data labeling, CX, or content moderation (a plus).
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and training software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or coaching roles.
- Experience in AI, data operations, or tech-driven environments (preferred).
- English and Spanish Proficiency (other languages are a plus)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees.
- Onboard new hires and ensure they meet role-specific competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain and update training materials and documentation.
- Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and implement solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 1,200.00€ per month
