Your new company
A multinational company opening a new shared service centre in Braga.

Your new role

Office work related to the day-to-day needs of the company and ensuring the smooth running of the office, office reception duties handling;
Managing and cooperation with the company\'s suppliers - e.g. liaising with courier companies, managing office cleaning service provider, etc;
Organization of company events, meetings at the company\'s office and reception of visitors;
Coordination of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Managing content on the website and Intranet, support in internal communication;
Supply the office with office supplies, groceries, etc;
Performing other administrative tasks as requested;
Management of parking spaces for employees and visitors - cooperation with the landlord.

What you\'ll need to succeed

Very good knowledge of spoken and written English to enable free communication is a musa;
Knowledge of MS Office in a Windows environment, working experience with MS Sharepoint would be an additional advantage;
Strong communication skills - written & spoken;
Sense of confidentiality;
Availability, and ability of multi-tasking;
Commitment and desire for personal development.
