**What you will be doing**:
The Accounting Coordinator will have a dynamic day-to-day life characterised by a multiplicity of functions in the accounting team such as:

- Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Manage intercompany loans and interest bookkeeping
- Oversee accruals and deferrals analysis and bookkeeping
- Handle payroll bookkeeping
- Conduct accounting revision on GL, supporting internal controls and process improvements
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Execute CapEx monthly routines, ensuring proper classification and reconciliation
- Manage capitalization processes
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- Support tax compliance activities

**You are the perfect fit if**:

- Have a business, economy and/or accounting degree
- Quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and always have a positive and hands-on attitude;
- Are detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Have an analytic mindset
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and English
- Good comprehension and verbal communication in Spanish and French will be valued;
- Experience in Navision (ERP) will be valued
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles (SNC and IFRS).
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and service providers
- Advance Microsoft Office skills (in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
