**Overview**Arkadium is seeking a Game Producer with expertise in mobile and web game development.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire game development process, from concept to launch, using Agile methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams of artists, designers, and game developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality games.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define and execute on the game's vision and direction.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a proactive and timely manner.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share feedback and ideas for improving the game development process.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in game development with a proven track record of delivering successful mobile and web game titles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience managing cross-functional teams.
CSM certificate would be an advantage.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Fluent English.
- Experience working in an internationally distributed team.
- Passion for games and the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of the game development process and trends in the industry.
