We are actively seeking a skilled Financial Controller proficient in managing financial budgeting, forecasting, planning, and analysis, alongside overseeing internal and support function controlling processes. If you possess a passion for refining internal processes that contribute to Finance.

This role demands a blend of financial acumen, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As a key contributor, the Financial Controller will play a key role in enhancing financial performance and aligning with overarching business objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and CFO to align financial strategies with

organizational goals.
- Oversight of revenues and expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints

and overarching financial objectives.
- Prepare, analyse, and present detailed financial reports offering valuable insights into

business performance for informed management decision-making.
- Maintain strict adherence to financial regulations and internal policies to ensure

compliance.
- Guarantee precision and compliance with accounting principles and company policies in all financial activities.
- Implement and oversee cost control measures aimed at optimizing company profitability.
- Maintain meticulous project accounting records, covering revenue recognition, expenses,

and invoicing for accurate financial tracking.
- Assume responsibility for executing comprehensive financial functions, encompassing

budgeting, forecasting, planning, and analysis, as well as internal and support function

controlling processes.
- Engage with international finance departments on corporate matters, such as insurance

and treasury, fostering effective collaboration.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Valued experience in a Consulting or Auditing Firm.
- Proven track record of **3-5 years** in controlling, financial management, or accounting roles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Demonstrates a keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
- Good understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance.
- Mandatory background knowledge of accounting standards in both **IFRS** and **IAS**.
- Strong skills in **MS Excel** and **MS PowerPoint** (mandatory).
- Experience with Power Query and Power BI (nice to have).
- Fluent in **Portuguese** and **English**, written and spoken (mandatory).
- Flexible approach to managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and reliable work ethic, capable of handling pressure in a

challenging environment.
