**IT Business Partner (Industrial)**: Ref.: JOB-1423 Location: Lisboa We're always searching for new talentand that might be you At the moment, we have an opportunity for an **IT Business Partner (Industrial, Production and Operations context)** **Main Activities**: - Act as a point of contact between the business units and IT&Digital at the executive level, proactively serving as a "trusted consultant" and being the main IT contact point for executives and managers of the business areas, representing IT&Digital and promoting its services and capabilities.- Take a relevant role in empowering the company to achieve its objectives through the effective use of technology, focusing on strategic initiatives and planning activities with the Production and Operations Business Unit.- Establish a partnership with the Business Unit Leadership, and with other stakeholders, to define opportunities, identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g., return on investment, productivity, compliance).- Facilitate the decision-making process of high-level investments and planning and execution of business initiatives using technology.- Monitor market challenges, understanding customer priorities and associated competitive factors, to provide high-value strategic guidance through strategic consulting and important IT initiatives to Business Units.- Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information at the appropriate management levels related to Business Units requests.**Required Experience**: - 5 years’ experience working as Business Partner, Business Relationship Manager or Program Manager;- Or experience working as Consultant or Project Manager;- 10 years´ experience working in the implementation, in processes or management of IT & Digital projects in the industrial sector.- Experience and knowledge in Management Processes of exploration and production;- Knowledge of digital transformation processes in the industry of processes and in the exploration and production activities;- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of the necessary conditions for the operationalization of industrial predictive models;- Experience in product development from idea to launch;- Experience in working with Agile teams and knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies;- Experience working with Teams, M365, Jira and Confluence;**Fluent level of English and Portuguese;** - Experience in Design of Process in Industrial and Logistics - preferred;- If you're a fit for this opportunity, then We'll get back to you asap What else will you get when you join our team? **Click Here** to find out Be Bold.
