**ROLE OF A SALES DEVELOPMENT REP MANAGER**
In this position, you will be a hands-on leader for the growing Sales Development team. The SDR Manager will collaborate with Marketing and Sales Directors to ensure both inbound and outbound leads are being qualified and funnelled through the sales process efficiently. This is a coaching role, so the SDR Manager is expected to excel at sourcing, relationship building, lead generation, analysis and sales. This manager will work with different types of people and build an efficient process and continuously analyze results.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Hire & onboard new SDRs while providing ongoing sales coaching, training and development in collaboration with Sales Training
- Measure and report against KPIs, as well as create ad hoc reports as needed or requested by senior management.
- Document employee performance and conduct regular 1-1 reviews; design, manage and measure incentive plans
- Proactively manage team’s funnel to ensure quantity and quality of leads are being met.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports, trends, analysis & results
- Contribute creative ideas and best practices to help the organization's goal to be best‐in‐class
- Working cross-functionally with marketing to drive methodology
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Dynamic, high‐energy sales professional with 2‐4 years of experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Manager
- Have a proven record of consistently performing above quota in a sales environment
- Successful experience in managing a team in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment is preferred
- Hardworking, self-starter with ability to coach and motivate a team
- Passionate about technology
**EDUCATION **/ **CERTIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business **o **r equivalent experience.
