**Responsibilities**
- Handle requests via ticket from internal customers or external suppliers
- Analyze and provide adequate and timely response to all information requested
- Ensure request resolution
- Liaise with colleagues to solve issues
- Develop process documentation and support process improvements

**Requirements**:

- 1 year experience in Service Line environment, preferably in a multicultural environment
- Experience in use of ERP system (SAP FI preferred) and MS Office tools
- Fluent in English
- Academic background in accounting or management is a plus
- Costumer orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player, enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment
