**Mission**
We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Microsoft Systems Administrator** to join our Infrastructure team. You will play a key role in implementing, managing, and maintaining critical technology environments, ensuring their performance, security, and scalability.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Implement, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, Microsoft and Azure operating systems, networks, and distributed systems.
- Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of IT systems with internal policies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure and modernization projects.
**Profile**
- Solid experience with MS Windows Azure and Microsoft Windows Server (minimum 2 years);
- Advanced knowledge of VMWare, distributed infrastructures, and system integration;
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, and Linux;
- Experience with tools such as HP OpenView, Ansible, and MS SQL;
- Strong skills in automation and scripting: PowerShell, Shell Scripting, VBA, and Python.
- Location: Porto;
- Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
