Sumário da função**
- Coordenar, Dirigir e Controlar o trabalho dos Operadores de Produção
- Acompanhar o desempenho dos Operadores, orientando-os quando necessário para alcançar ritmo, qualidade e produtividade
- Cumprir e fazer cumprir os procedimentos técnicos e de segurança aplicáveis
**Tarefas da função**
- Garantir o aprovisionamento de matérias-primas junto das máquinas, reportar alguma situação não-conforme e agir em conformidade;
- Organizar o trabalho em função da Ordem de Produção;
- Distribuir as Ordens de Produção e assegurar o seu cumprimento;
- Verificar e validar a qualidade dos produtos;
- Supervisionar o arranque e o decurso do trabalho;
- Registar os dados finais de produção da sua equipa;
- Identificar as causas de mal funcionamento dos equipamentos e providenciar o reparo necessário o mais rápido possível;
- Supervisionar a organização, higiene e limpeza das áreas de trabalho, visando manter um ambiente propício ao trabalho;
- Garantir a correta implementação e realização das ações corretivas e preventivas da sua área;
- O colaborador pode, ainda, desempenhar outra função que se revele necessária para o bom funcionamento da secção e da empresa.

Formação superior em Engenharia

Prática em contexto industrial
