We are currently looking for a **Agile/Business Analyst**, to join our team.
**Location**: Hybrid, Lisbon.
**Required skills**:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar;
- Min. 5 years of experience in Agile Analyst, Business Analyst or Functional Analyst roles;
- Solid knowledge of Agile practices;
- Experience in the clear articulation of technical and business requirements/terminology;
- Experience managing senior stakeholders;
- Strong experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Experience with Jira and Confluence;
- Advanced knowledge of the SAP Success Factors System;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Results driven professional;
- Responsible and proactive;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
