IT Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager will be managing critical projects and critical initiatives. Will be responsible for managing the most complex and biggest programs that will be developed in coming years.

Key Accountabilities

Lead critical programmes, being responsible to oversee and align all IT teams engaged with programmes delivery

Lead the communication and engagement with programme sponsors, stakeholders and with business programme managers

Be accountable for the IT programme plan (deliverables, timelines, testing plans, migrations, MVP deliveries,) and to engage with business programme manager to support building and maintaining the overall programme plan

Support change management processes and activities to help transformation and systems adoption

Lead the preparation of critical meetings (programme management, steering’s, escalation meetings,) and be the key driver for IT related topics on those meetings

Anticipate issues, blockers, constraints in the critical path and work with sponsors and stakeholders to overcome them

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Experience in the delivery life-cycle in a high challenge, complex, multi-project environment

Excellent written skills adequate for documenting complex assumptions, risks and commitments clearly and unambiguously

Excellent communication skills, through meetings, stakeholder and sponsor management

Strong experience working directly with senior leadership and executive management

Strong and relevant experience leading programmes at international scale, with multiple project teams spread across several countries and different time zones

Strong experience in multicultural environments at international scale

Be a very resilient person, able to motivate teams through a multi-year programme

Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities ´

Certification in specific Agile or waterfall methodologies (Scrum master, PMP, PRINCE2, )
