Work for this travel company while going on your own adventure **Your Challenge** Assist hotels with a variety of inquiries such as bookings, payments, cancellations, and more. Offer effective assistance to customers based on their needs. Clarify on behalf of hotels on issues such as overbooking, incorrect bookings, and booking updates. Manage any issues that arrive maturely by redirecting issues to relevant departments. Confidentially manage customer data and provide top-class support during their exciting trip. **Your Resume** - C2 language skills in **German** - B2 language skills in English - Customer experience in customer service or via telephone is beneficial - Good communication skills particularly by telephone - Flexibility, problem-solving, and confident handling queries - Able to work in Lisbon, Portugal **Your Reward** A salary of up to approximately €20,000 per year.
