To this end, we organize physical and virtual network meetings, conferences, podcasts, and other networking opportunities for our community members. Furthermore, we operate websites as well as LinkedIn and WhatsApp channels through which we publish custom content such as posts, newsletters, and blog posts and connect community members. Our current portfolio includes 10 communities, each tailored to a specific audience of executives from renowned companies such as BCG, EY, Bosch, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Amazon, Siemens and many more. Our goal is to welcome two million active members to our communities by 2034.

**Your tasks**:
**Specific tasks include**:

- Contacting potential community members with pre-written messages via LinkedIn
- Responding to incoming LinkedIn comments using templates that you modify based on the situation
- Reviewing people, who interacted with our content and contact those, who could benefit from being part of our communities via a direct message on LinkedIn
- Sending invitations to follow our LinkedIn community pages
- Scheduling posts on LinkedIn
- Maintaining our community member database (CRM)

**Your Goals**:

- ** Error-free work and clean execution**: You work with great attention to detail. Especially, the LinkedIn communication you send should be flawless.
- ** Performance orientation and efficiency**: You are eager to go the extra mile, work swiftly on the computer, and f.e. can send as many as 150 pre-formulated messages per hour.
- ** Excellent time management**: Your time management is outstanding, and you can easily handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Your profile**:

- You are able to start between January 6, 2025, and no later than February 10, 2025, with a 40-hour workweek.
- You are available during our core working hours—Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM—while arranging your precise working times within a certain range, in agreement with us.
- You have minimum 2 years of professional experience, e.g., as an (office) assistant, support staff, administrator, customer support agent, call center agent, etc.
- You have previous remote work experience, are skilled with computers and the internet, and have a fast and stable internet connection.
- You speak and write English at a minimum C1 level and are highly proficient in spelling and grammar.
- Beneficial, but not mandatory, you speak and write German at a minimum C1 level.
- You are fully committed, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile.
- You are reliable and work with great attention to detail.
- You enjoy working under clear guidance, with established processes, and don't mind repetitive tasks.
- You have worked with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel) before.
- You are willing to travel once or twice a year for potential company meetings.
