Join our team as a **Cloud Engineer** (Hybrid - Aveiro)
**What You’ll Do**:
- Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards our customers, ensuring high-quality delivery and satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineering teams working on Azure cloud adoption projects.
- Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment.
- Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs, gather requirements, and provide expert consultation on enterprise Azure usage.
- Take ownership of key technical decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Advocate for engineering best practices and maintain high quality standards throughout the delivery process.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
- Contribute to project planning by offering insights on technical feasibility and complexity.
- Act as a link between stakeholders and technical teams, simplifying complex concepts for various audiences.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Computing, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong technical background in Azure services, infrastructure, and enterprise implementations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with a passion for delivering quality solutions.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience in improving Customer Experience in technical projects.
