Information Security Manager

Reporting to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), this position has the mission to guarantee the implementation and continuity of the Information Security Strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of business information, as well as to periodically assess the conformity of the organization with the Information Security Policies and Standards in force, guaranteeing the management of Information Security risks in the respective country in harmony with the company's Information Security Policy.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support and contribute to the development of the Corporate Information Security strategy in JM Group, defining, developing and implementing activities resulting from the Corporate Information Security strategy approved by the Chief Information Security Officer;
- Contribute to the development of Corporate Information Security policies, standards and guidelines, insuring local applicability and compliance in each business;
- Manage the local Information Security risk management process, in accordance to the Corporate InfoSec Risk Management framework, ensuring the identification, assessment, treatment and reporting of country Information Security risks;
- Support and contribute to the annual Security Awareness programme to current and new employees in the company as defined in the Corporate Information Security strategy;
- Assess new projects and initiatives in the Group to identify technical and procedural Information Security Risks, issue recommendations to mitigate and manage residual risk with stakeholders.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- University degree in Business Science/Computer Systems Engineering;
- Two years’ minimum experience in Information Security processes and compliance in enterprise environment/ Risk Management or Audit;
- MS Office user's experience and other systems in force in the group job related.
