We are looking for a professional to join the **IT Helpdesk** team in Cascais (Lisboa), **on-site**, with experience in first-line support, for an initial period of 2 months, with the possibility of extension depending on the organization's needs.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprovada em suporte técnico de primeira linha;
- Capacidade de resolução de problemas técnicos básicos de hardware e software;
- Excelente comunicação e atendimento ao cliente;
- Conhecimento em sistemas operativos (Windows, MacOS) e ferramentas de suporte remoto.
