We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey. **THE R**OLE** We are looking for an enthusiastic new member of our Fleet & Logistics team at Lisbon Headquarters. You will be part of a growing team responsible for building insurance products and capabilities and optimizing our performance and economics for all fleet insurance dimensions - both customer-facing and internal/structural insurance products. As an Indie Campers Fleet Insurance Analyst - Claims, you will be the go-to-person for all IC vehicles claims management, optimizing insurance, loss ratio and guarantee minimum vehicle down-time. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?** - Ensure communication and alignment between internal stakeholders and vendors. - Serve as the point of contact for all claims related matters. - Manage insurance related claims logging and damage reporting. - Approve/renegotiate variances. - Monitor and follow up on work exceeding estimated completion dates. - Engage with vendors to ensure compliance to agreed timeframes and quality standards. - Provide accurate and concise reporting. - Enforce quality standards. - Ensure work completion within agreed timeframes. - Instruct and clarify Customer Excellence in any active booking's claims. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** - 1-3 years of experience in the field of insurances, insurance claims; - Good analytical skills with affinity towards conducting detailed investigation and ability to coordinate workload; - Driven by outperforming yourself while being comfortable with change, being resourceful, and constantly curious to learn; - Natural commercial mindset, with exceptional great communication and emotional intelligence skills; - Self-starter with ability to take on tasks independently and great team-player; - Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
