Artist and illustrator new to Portugal looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to illustrator’s personal and working life and communication.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the illustrator and internal/external clients
- Translate correspondence to and from English and Portuguese
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings, reservations, and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Source studio supplies & manufacturers
- Produce reports and briefs
- Devise and maintain online filing system
**Requirements and skills**
- English and Portuguese proficiency
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to run occasional errands in the Lisbon/Cascais area
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Familiarity with graphic design software and manufacturing processes and/or online marketing preferred
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2-10 per week
Pay: 8.00€ - 15.00€ per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cascais, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Language**:
- Portuguese and English fluently (required)
