Wir suchen nach einem/r motivierten und leidenschaftlichen German Speaking Recruiter/in, um remote von Lissabon aus zu unterstützen.

Unsere Aufgabe ist es, die besten Talente mit Kunden aus ganz Europa zu vernetzen. Wir haben über 300+ Kunden in 30 verschiedenen Ländern und haben unseren Hauptsitz in Oslo mit Niederlassungen in Lisbon, Tallinn, Malaga, Malta und dazu einige remote Recruiters. Unsere Kunden suchen vor allem verstärkt nach deutschen Talenten und dafür brauchen wir deine Hilfe.
Deine Aufgaben
- Sourcen von Kandidaten durch unsere Jobportale, kreative Werbung und aktives Headhunting
- Screening der Kandidaten durch Telefon
- und Videoanrufe, um festzustellen, ob sie den Anforderungen des Kunden entsprechen
- Matchmaking von Kandidaten und Job, um ihn/sie mit der richtigen Position im Ausland oder Inland zu verbinden
- Erfüllen der wöchentlichen und monatlichen KPIs
- Aktive Mitarbeit im deutschen Team, um unsere German Division noch stärker zu machen
Wen wir suchen
- Du stehst am Anfang deiner Karriere oder suchst nach einer neuen Herausforderung
- Du hast idealerweise mindestens 6-12 Monate Erfahrung im Recruitment oder im Sales
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachler Niveau und Englisch auf mindestens B2/C1 Niveau.
- Du hast keine Angst, das Telefon zu nehmen und Kandidaten dabei zu unterstützen, einen neuen Job anzutreten
- Du magst es, mit konkreten Zielen und wöchentlichen und monatlichen KPIs zu arbeiten
- Du bist gewissenhaft und motiviert auch im Homeoffice
- Du hast idealerweise eine höhere Ausbildung (Bachelor oder Master) absolviert, dies kann allerdings mit entsprechender Arbeitserfahrung ausgeglichen werden
- Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation und kannst unter Druck arbeiten
- Idealerweise hast du bereits internationale Erfahrung im Studium oder im Job gesammelt
