**The HR Business Partner for Portugal, part of the Colgate Southern Europe HR team, will be responsible for providing HR support and partnership to all the commercial teams based in Portugal, will collaborate with the Business Leaders on strategic and local business and human resources priorities including talent management, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness (performance, organization design & capabilities and change management), embracing and promoting our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy and championing our organizational culture.**

**What you will do**:

- ** HR Partnership: Partner/collaborate to lead the business unit under his/her responsibility to implement strategies that impact employees.**
- ** Advise and coach Business Leaders on interpretation of HR policies, consulting with CoHREs as needed.**
- ** HR Partnership: Collaborate with Business Leaders on key business decisions through anticipation and understanding of: Issues and trends and Future labor, organization and business needs. Partner with the CoHREs & CBS to advise on the design and execution of HR programs to ensure relevance to current and future business needs.**
- ** Talent Management: Co-own all talent management programs together with business leaders. Support leadership development by working together with Business Leaders to identify current and projected leadership and functional capability gaps and to work on solutions that are aligned with HR Strategy and CoHREs.**
- ** Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and the hiring managers to support the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of staff.**
- ** Ensure that our Diversity Equity and Inclusion Strategy is being implemented in all the HR Processes.**
- ** Complies with all policies and standards**

**Required Qualifications**
- ** Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law**
- ** Prior HR experience in either generalist or specialist role required**

**Preferred Qualifications**
- ** Master's Degree Human Resources, MBA**
- ** SAP HR Module**
- ** Experience building employee engagement across organizations.**
- ** Ability to drive the HR Strategy through effective communication skills.**
- ** Providing HR strategic advice to business leaders**
- ** Development and implementation of HR initiatives**

**Location, Lisbon Office.**
