FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - ACCOUNTING SOLUTIONS (JOB NUMBER: 2206GSS11709) **About the job** - This position is for Purchasing Solutions & Digital department staffing that is part of Group Strategic Sourcing Solutions that works closely and permanently with the business lines and functions to support them in their sourcing strategies and their costs optimization - As an Accounting Analyst, you will be in charge of maintenance, analysis and definition of new accounting processes, as well as the implementation of new accounting rules and Tax requirements **Your Main Activities Are** - Capture business requirements and propose the most adequate functional Process - Accompany internal clients on the right use of the tool, including documentation and training sessions for end users - Handle complex incident management - Responsible of maintenance of Masterdata (CoA, Assets, VAT codes) **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor’s degree in information management / business intelligence / computer sciences / finance /economics / management or similar - Professional experience of at least 3 years of experience as a functional consultant, preferably in SAP based environments - Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a strong plus - Knowledge of Accounting and Finance related processes is mandatory - Proficiency in Office tools Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) is mandatory - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to integrate a large and diverse multicultural environment - Ability to work under tight deadlines and with international locations - Knowledge of foreign languages : English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate) mandatory and French is a plus **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
