Role Purpose
We are looking for a Sales Manager, to join the Residential Department team, and build and lead a high performance team in the Algarve market, based at our new Office in Avenida da Marina, Vilamoura.

What this job involves
Hiring and retaining a team of top talented real estate consultants.
Improving team performance through regular coaching and feedback and provide opportunities for development and success in the company.
Ensures the growth of the property portfolio in the Algarve, mainly in the premium areas.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
Maintains the highest possible client service quality. Adhering to the all compliance requirements and the highest Global ethical standards.
Working collaboratively with Quinta do Lago team and all other national and internationally teams.

**Professional Competencies**:
Fluent in Portuguese & English.
Proven work experience in real estate and Algarve market knowledge.
