Hays Technology is currently looking for a Client Technology Manager, to integrate a Multinational company and to develop international projects.

Integrate a multinational company, headquartered in USA, that operates in the areas of managed services, cyber security and business transformation.

They are specialized in the field of systems integration and in the management of services, whose core business is focused on management technical projects, in the areas of infrastructures, for international clients, that belongs to several business areas.

Their mission is turning IT into a competitive advantage.

Your new role

As a Client Technology Manager you will be responsible for technical oversight, guidance and consultative services for internal clients, focused on the development of their businesses.

**Your main tasks in this role will be**:
Manage international projects;
Management the client technology;
Defining escalations, standards and procedures for the IT area;
Sales opportunities and support the strategic decisions.

Operate with the highest level of communication and presentation;
Provide guidance, leadership and mentorship to external teams.

What you need to succeed

**To be succeed in this function, you need**:
5+ years experience in IT Management/Leadership

Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)

Experience in design, lead and execute project plans

Experience in interpret customer needs and translate to technical deliverables

Excellent analytical and communication skills

High level of commitment, responsibility, self-motivation and organization

Ability to delegate tasks and manage to completion

Ability to quickly acquire know-how, through understanding new areas

Fluent in English

Willingness to travel
