Body Interact is our flagship product, a digital platform to accelerate training and clinical decision making of healthcare students and professionals interacting with virtual patients. Our main segment are professional organizations (universities, hospitals, healthcare-related industry) and soon individuals in training.
Your new job
Our growing company is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior IT project manager As Senior IT project manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and develop your career.

**Your role**
- Coordinate multidiscipline teams
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
- Reporting status to management stakeholders on a regular, agreed upon basis.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Have a clear understanding of software development methodologies
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Escalate project issues as appropriate.

**Your talent**
- 5+ years proven experience managing complex IT projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
- Experience reporting on project metrics / KPI’s and analyzing trends/taking action where required;
- Knowledge of Jira
- Knowledge of management software: ClickUp, Pivotal Tracker Ou Asana
- Self-motivated, quick and assertive;
- Strong project management skills: use of structured, formal methods;
- Strong project management skills: status reporting, project planning, project milestones; dependencies, risks and issues, budgets and communication;
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization;
- Ability to drive decisions with key stakeholders in a timely manner;
- Flexible & proactive with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Experience in Agile
- Knowledge on Web Development is a plus
- Knowledge of an object oriented programming language (preferably C#) is a plus
- Knowledge of programming in Unity is a plus
- Proficiency in English language, verbal and written. Other languages, like Spanish, are welcomed.
