As an **HR Officer** based in Porto, Portugal, you will be at the heart of Mantu’s human resources initiatives and processes, playing a vital role in fostering an exceptional employee experience. - Your missions - Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. - Provide counseling on policies and procedures to employees and managers. - Design and execute effective onboarding plans. - Develop and deliver training and development programs. - Assist in the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback. - Address disciplinary and grievance issues with sensitivity and professionalism. - Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and compliance with policies. - Review and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws in Portugal. - Your profile - Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (completed or in progress). - A minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field. - Fluent in English and French, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team. - Eager to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. - Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills. - Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity. - What we offer - Thrive in a dynamic, flexible environment that fosters professional growth. - Gain exposure to a truly international community with colleagues across the globe. - Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities. - Collaborate in impactful CSR initiatives such as the "WeCare Together" program.
