Your future duties and responsibilities As a Problem Manager your responsibilities will include: - Performing trend analysis of incident records. - Detecting duplicate and recurring issues. - During major incident management, identifying a risk that an incident could recur. - Analyzing information received from suppliers and partners. - Well versed in ITIL. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Education and Certification - University degree or comparable education.
