**Position: IT Risk Manager (Hybrid in Lisbon)**

**What You'll Be Doing (in the most epic way possible)**:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with industry frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Create and maintain risk reports for senior management.
- Support internal and external audits related to IT security and compliance.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- More than 3 years of experience in IT Risk Management.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Experience with risk management tools is a plus.
