Bartender for Premium Venue

An exceptional opportunity for highly skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic team at our premium venue in Cascais. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving exceptional beverages to our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the bar area, providing exceptional beverage service to all guests.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Prepare and maintain ingredients for the beverage menu.
- Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements.
- Conduct daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean work and dining area, including polishing glasses and silverware.
- Develop new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu.
- Support waiters with table service when needed.
- Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Certified or trained bartender.
- Experience in bartending.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Display effective communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
